Is your Cabbage pasteurized?
Kissel Cabbage is not pasteurized, meaning it still contains all the active bacteria that are good for your digestive system.

How long can Kissel’s sour cabbage be stored?
Kissels sour cabbage heads can be kept in your refrigerator for at least 6 months in its sealed package. If opened we recommend using it within 2 weeks. We also recommend freezing our sour heads and Kisselkraut if not being used for a long time.
